Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable — and will refund any charge in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you're shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Preorder items are reserved against an incoming batch and ship on or around the date shown. If a batch is materially delayed we'll tell you and you may cancel the preorder for a full refund.

We describe each fragrance as faithfully as we can, but scent is subjective and screens render colour imperfectly. Batch-to-batch, natural materials vary slightly — that is the nature of small-batch perfumery, not a defect.

The Ember Sky name, wordmark, compositions, text, and imagery are ours and may not be reused without permission.

We stand behind our products and will remedy faulty goods, but to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Always patch-test on skin before full wear, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
