This site is run by Ember Sky Fragrance Co, an Ohio company. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, and the items you bought. When you join the newsletter we collect your email address only.

Like most sites we also collect basic, anonymous usage data — pages viewed, device type — to understand what's working. We don't build advertising profiles.

To fulfil and support your orders, to send the occasional newsletter if you've opted in, and to improve the site. That's the whole list.

Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

We share only what's necessary with the providers who ship your order, process your payment, and deliver our email. Each is bound to use that data solely for those purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold — write to privacy@emberskyfragrance.com and we'll respond promptly.

We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and warranty obligations.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser on this device so it's there when you come back.

We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
